"InVue was a growing company. Once sales didn't reach the expectation of the CEO they began burning through people. Micro-management was out of this world. If you were not putting 60 hours per week in the office at a minimum you were not willing to sacrifice for the company and not committed to them. Management would use fear and intimidation as tools, and when unrealistic goals were not met you were fired. I thankfully left before it got even worse. They pay well but it is not worth the hell you will live in."

"Be genuine, open, and direct. And expect a rigorous interviewing process. But if you are selected, know that everyone else went through the same quality assessment."
