"Upper management is detached from direct labor, do not understand inventory control, project management or human resources. Company is ruled by sales department, which isn't always a bad thing but sales is part of the whole team."

"If you fit into their niche then you should do fine. If you have ambition and want to work for a company with upward mobility then look elsewhere."

"Very poor management. Passive agressive management style, you don't know there is a problem until you are disciplined. No concept of managers mentoring their employees. No opportunity for professional growth."

"Read a few books. Be honest with your team members. Tell them immediately if they are doing something wrong or right. Present a united front to your employees. It is bad when the CFO is afraid of the Warehouse Manager."
