"Streamine the manger's administrative load to allow more field training time with their reps."

"Field position means supervisor is not looking over your shoulder. Decent bonus program depending on contract and client."

"There is no promotion tree from the field to the office. Get your field pharma sales experience here and then get out."

"Inconsistent quality of managers means you get anything from a mentor to a maniac. Standards are inconsistent from contract to contract. Too many DMs unqualified to sell, but do like to yell. Ability to track signatures leads to micromanagement. The field is NOT the office."

"Don't micromanage your reps or managers. Don't micromanage the customers. Move more field reps into management or training. Stop DMs from watching the show."

"The Franklin Group was a fine place to work, but the upper management had a level of expectation that they were not willing to invest the money into to help make it possible."

"contract sales offers little security or package when contract is over."

"Keep the good managers happy and get rid of the rest. your sales rep retention will be better. Also, state up front if there is or isn't role over potential with the clients."
