"I'm quite happy with how my group is being managed, however I would love to see more cross-functional training and collaboration."

"No room for growth at this point. I am in a position where I have no where to go"

"Become more global inclined and more sensitive to diversity intenally and externally. Become more socially responsible and get invovled with community relations"

"Type of work and flexibilty to work indifferent areas. Always plenty of work."

"Patientence needed for them getting back to you, could take weeks of waiting to hear back."

"sometimes weeks of 60-80 hours are needed, Company needs to have a better support for stress,"

"Management should listen more to the lower engineering people. Poll all the good ideas for project orginization, and listen to customer more."

"Latitude to learn overall IT Infrastructure support including voice, data, WAN, LAN, MPLS, VPN and Video Conferencing."

"Lack of management support in providing resources needed to support the customer"

"Re-evaluate resources needed to provide acceptable Service Levels for internal and external customers."

"I wish we could have more companies that would have the vision that was employed here. Be team oriented, creative, and stay out of Mexico."

"They moved to Mexico and removed 350 jobs from the Michigan job market."

"Bring the jobs back to Michigan, where we were creative, profitable and quality minded."
