"This company is horrible. Too many managers that think they have a REAL management job. No work/life balance, doesn't do background checks on employees even though they will be handling credit card information. Requested time off is overlooked time after time. Email responses from the so called management team don't address the questions asked. Pay is minimum wage with no raises. Remote agents don't have opportunity to advance unless they can come into a call center in TX. Mandatory scheduling is absurd in that no consideration is given for agents that have other obligations that actually pay more than minimum wage! Order taking software and phone software will go down in the middle of taking an order. Constant calls on hold, expected to take an order in just over 2 mins but no consideration given to indecisive customers. Suggestions to improve processes ignored by management, management doesn't call customer back when they have complaints which causes the customers to make multiple calls to get a resolution. The list goes on for days!!"
