"Great effort, looks to be in vain at this point. There have been recent rounds of large layoffs, and in the current funding climate, there is little hope that the company will survive. The company leadership improved over the last year but was inexperienced with the technical demands, and too narrowly focused on “the urgent” to be able to create opportunity and deliver on complex biological target features."
"The technology is outstanding as is the scientific staff. Leadership is lacking however. Very little transparency and no trust at all. High turnover rate with a lot of people leaving voluntarily after short tenures but also lots of layoffs with inadequate explanation."
