"The company is growing and is fast-paced. There is always something to do, which can be a problem though (too much to do, not enough people to do it)"

"Think about this carefully. It seems like a great job at first and you will have fun in the beginning but once you accept that low salary offer and the empty promises, the company owns you. They will make you feel like you do not matter and you will be written up constantly."

"They don't look for quality labor and rather look for the cheapest labor they can find, which results in staff who are not trained or professional"

"Take better care of your employees. Realize they make the company succeed or fail. Don't underpay someone to put more money in the CEO's pocket."
