"The concept which Interthinx tries to achieve in the mortgage market place is a great concept. However if you are putting yourself out there as a technology company then you as a company need to make sure you have the latest tools and software in place to achieve the goal that your sales people are pushing. Over selling and lack of strong management is why a company fails to succeed. Great company if you want to work for free."
