"They will not tell you anything about your future and will make you intern for an unreasonable amount of time. I know at least 2 scenarios where interns were offered a slight raise instead of a job offer after having interned for a real long time. If you don't see a future with your employees, let them know instead of leading them on and using them for cheap labor. The people that work there are nice. Manager is a real cool guy. CEO is a cheapskate."
