"The work was more in MS SQL and rarely in ASP.NET. Where as I am more of a developer than a DBA."

"Nothing. I believe the management knew very their job. So nothing."

"They were not well organized as far as corporate direction, and frequently wasted time and money on projects that were ultimately cancelled."

"Resources need to be devoted to IT Re-structuring as the foundation that he current code is built on is outdated and patched too often."
