"I've worked for Interra for a short time and I've learned so much about what I don't want to experience from an employer. I go to work with a headache and leave the exact same way. I wanted to like working here. I ignored the negative reviews when I applied. I've seen extremely high employee turnover. Management does not value its employees and HR is not as helpful as you would think. They sell you a dream when you start here. But no matter how hard you work for them they will take advantage of your time, patience, and money. If you are a genuine person with integrity and a strong work ethic I would avoid this place. The stress caused from working here is not worth the money."

"This job was one of the worst I've ever had. I was underpaid with no chance of getting a promotion, dealing with a very difficult supervisor and doing work which could have been done by trained monkeys. Too bad for me, I wasn't part of the "friends and family" club. All I can say is 'buh-bye Interra!'"

"Overall, the job is very interesting and it is exciting to deal with challenges and the independence you are given to solve problems on you own. However, responsibilities and boundaries between what a trader's role vs logistics is unclear often times. In the end logistics often is fixing some sort of problem created by sales, who seem more like the managers of logistics than the actual managers. Clear boundaries between commercial and operations teams are very much needed. The company could also benefit from stronger operations leadership. The shame is that the pros outweigh the cons, but as time goes on things only get to be more difficult and demanding on logistics team members. For this reason, the turnover rate for logistics has been high and will likely continue under the current leadership."

"I worked for Interra a few years and some of those years were good, but in the end I had issues with the management. One older male manager in particular had a problem with strong females in the office and when he didn't like someone, he did what he could to make things difficult for them so they would leave the company. Interra did some fun things with the staff, but overall, they struggled to keep people from looking for work somewhere else. They could pay a lot better, and they just didn't have many opportunities to advance. They just need to change their managers and management style among other things."

"I have been working with this organization for the past four years and I could not be happier. It is not often that you have a corporation that is equally invested in your personal and professional growth. If you have a good work ethic, are driven, and a team player, you will be appreciated, recognized, have more opportunities presented to you, and you will go far in this organization. Overall, this is a fantastic company to work for and I could not see myself anywhere else."

"I worked at Interra for 5 yrs, the company is very good, but it's a small company. There is no room to move up or progress in your position. I do 2 people's jobs."
