"Premier Ford is a good company to work for if this is a person first job or they reside with their parents due to the lack of benefit packages."

"Just read all the fine print."

"The didn't put the employees first. They didn't provide us with medical, dental or even sick coverage. We basically were just working to try to keep our head above water."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My advice to management is to put the employee first. Everyone should be able to receive medical, dental coverage for them as well as their families. They should also pay more than what they are offering employees, which is less than minimum wage due to them giving commission."
