"Good working ambiance. Managers and owners concerned for the company."

"Too far from home. Working on commission nowadays is hard."

"I like the fact that the company does have a shorter than standard work week (36.5 hrs/wk) and has above average holiday time."

"Every department seems to have different agendas and there is no cooperation towards a common goal."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Communication. Communication. Communication.... There is a lack of communication from upper management and between departments. Every department seems to have different agendas and there is no cooperation towards a common goal."

What do you like about working at Mitsubishi?
"Working with people, selling cars is actually really enjoyable for me. I have always loved cars and it becomes easy to get excited about presenting vehicles and their features."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"There are plenty of other dealerships around if you really want to get into this field at this point..."
What don't you like about working at Mitsubishi?
"Steadily declining paychecks, traffic has decreased tremendously over the course of the year, economy is not helping either."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Offer small base salaries (like they used to) with volume bonuses. This commission only stuff is not cutting it. Now we are paid on draw which means if we don't make a certain amount in sales each month, then we owe the company money!"

"the pay! Sold 4 cars at Nissan of Mckinney made $2k sold 14 cars at Toyota of Lewisville and made less than 2K"
