"Be honest with your skill sets don't bluff because when they find out you will be out of a job and blacklisted from ever working for this company."

What don't you like about working at International Truck & Engine?

"IT is very disorganized they have outsourced developers so now it takes three times as long to get a project done, the constant this is not my job attutide and the lack of diversity understanding is shocking. Basically International IT suffers from the White Tower syndrom."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get of world headquarters and spend time at the various plants talking to people."
