"Hamdani is a qualified and experienced Hydraulic Engineer and Project Manager with over 8 years' experience managing projects such as dam, river, and port dredging projects, Geotube and rock breakwater projects, Reclamation and beach nourishment projects, and hydraulic and water engineering projects.
