3.7I have been with Intl. SOS for about 18 months and have seen the sales compensation plan get changed four times... never in the interest of focusing nor directing the sales team. The company does excellent things and has an outstanding corporate mission; however senior leadership lacks direction and is quite poor at internal communication and mentoring.
4Working at International SOS as an Operations Coordinator is both challenging and rewarding. This company will properly train you to meet the demands of the role.
