"The union and management worked well together. The machinery was well maintained and housekeeping was good."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"All people do not interview well. Management needs to look at accomplishments in one's career when making hiring decisions. College graduates do not make the best supervisors if they have never worked on the machinery or in a production environment. I would come back if asked."

"As a swing shift supervisor it was difficult working with upper management from days. Training was ok but could be communicated better with explanation of the processes. Time and personnel are always an issue as you try to train."

"Upper management needs to work better with each other, the plants will operate better if they work as a team instead of back stabbing each other for their own gains."
