"For the area, if you can block out the drama and live with the mentality that you're only as good as your last performance evaluation, noting that you are not a person in their eyes and only a number, you can't beat the pay."

"Too many chiefs, not enough Indians, too many hidden agendas, they don't take care of their people, still use old school intimidation to control people."
