"Get desired pay at start. Union only gives increase of 21 cents every July."

"The plant has a gloomy, dungeon atmosphere. Extremely humid year round with temperatures that exceed 100 degrees."

"Give employees the needed rest and time off. Cooling employees down on those 105+ degree months will increase production and reduce downtime."

"Large atmosphere with a lot of different devices and software. This creates a lot of challenges and learning opportunities, which I enjoy."
