"Employment was short-term due to downsizing."

"Stop all of the inter-office politics and get back to the work at hand. Stop having such huge insecurities and allow the staff to help the plant to grow."

"New CEO ran it into the ground for the short term profit and higher profit. It is a cyclical business and does not make HUGE profits. You kill the beast that keeps you employed if you expect more."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Retire and make the remaining part of the company profit share. It will go down the tubes the way it has been sold off. Research was ignored and tons were the goal, not good margins on products being developed. COMMODITY COMMODITY COMMODITY is the loser if you want 10-15% returns."
