"I began work for IEC back in 2017 to work in the Sustaining Engineer department as a draftsman, where I was told it would lead to more Engineering focused according to how quickly I would learn about our products. 3 years later with no performance reviews, goals to be met, or any other communication, I still have not progressed in the company and was simply told to work harder so that bonuses I don't see are paid out to the management. I recommend this company only if you like to be paid well for 60 hour work week expectations."
