"The fact that many of my colleagues and, in particular, many members of management were unable or unwilling to learn how to use the database effectively! Company had too many sudden lay-offs, reducing staff dramatically...until eventually they eliminated my job (a spurious decision considering the substantial revenues I generatated for the company!!!!)"
