"The company is too underfunded to be stable enough to support the business that I bring in.I do not like the fact that now the owner is constantly trying to find ways to NOT honor my compensation package as he thinks that I make too much money."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Formulate a more cohesive business plan and stick to it. Being flexible is one thing but vacillating on a day to day basis is not acceptable."
