"International Air and Hospitality Academy is overall a great place to work! They offer flexible hours for some positions and allow you to really learn and grow in your position. Management is fairly hands-off so, that makes it easy to personalize your day and be more creative. I personally love my job here. The cons are that the compensation isn't the best, there is almost no ability to move up within the company and the building and programs could use some updates."
