"Benefits were poor, 401K matching poor, Pension program poor... My first year, raises were skipped, the year I left the 401k matching was taken away."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Work on providing better health care benefits to your employees, possibly a HSA program. Do 5% 401k Matching for employees who have vested 5 years of their life. Offer a bonus or incentive for good performance."
