"The upper management was poorly selected and the firm in San Diego went from 30+ people to 3 people now. Firm was based in Vegas and the principals split and went different ways after San Diehgo office was built."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management needed to assess the job market better and should have selected their managers in a better manner."
