"Everything else. A large part of the company was locked in pre-CAD days. They needed serious motivation to modernize -- but it could have been done!"

"Get in touch with the thoughts of the Founders of the company. See their vision anew. Stop listening to idiotic management consutants that probably advised them to outsource everything in sight. Stop compromising on product quality!!!!"
