"I've worked at this company for a few years and really enjoy the environment, and nature of the work. My complaint is with its upper and executive management. There is an atmosphere of continuous urgency at the cost of quality and very little monetary compensation because of a poor market or company policy."

"I worked at Intergraph from 2008 till 2013. While the reason for my departure was beyond my direct managers control, it was more of a political maneuver by higher management. While I don't agree with the decision, I do wish them best of luck in all of their efforts. They are going to need it! Intergraph is working on some really great technologies, they have a lot of really smart people! The work environment is a lot of fun! This is a great place for kids to work coming straight out of college."

"Company had great products for non-manufacturing groups, though was not a major focus in my territory"

"To make sure the companies vertical markets, map well your territory/account."

"They made a very poor judgement to only port their software to their own propitiatory software"

"Above decision has now been reversed, but to pay better attention to industry trends"

"Inquire about the current funding and project availability situation, and about educational opportunities."

What don't you like about working at Intergraph Corp.?

"This company provides highly technical services to the U.S. government. Because of that it relies on congressional funding to the government for its projects. This means that continued employment relies on continued funding; when funding is not continued (which became the case in 2011), employees without projects will be laid off."

"Investigate additional methods of funding and additional ways to acquire projects."
