"If you interview for a medical device job, good company to work for. If you are interviewing for equipment manufacturing, be prepared to have second priority."

"Too much politics from new managers (hired after 1996) . Top management too focused on Catheter manufacturing (money looser) and not giving enough attention on Equipment Manufacturing which feeds the company."

"Take a good look at which department brings the revenue and do not neglect it for the sake of potential future growth in OEM manufacturing.The company is known for equipment manufacturing, develop and improve this side and then develop the OEM side."
