"I've worked at InterCall for a little over a year. In that time, I have come to hate it. The project I work on has no documentation, and very few people who know how things are supposed to work. It's like building a house without a blueprint. My supervisor is great, though, and most of my teammates are as well."

What do you like about working at InterCall?

"I like the people at my level that I work with. It is a young company for the most part and I have made some really good friends here. It is a good first job and I feel I have learned a lot. It is simply time to move on."

"It is a basic interview. Be yourself and think your answers through before answering."

What don't you like about working at InterCall?

"The commission structure is not clear. The opportunity for advancement is also not defined and I feel like I could be in my current role for a significant period of time without a promotion. Politics within the company are highly obvious."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hold an open forum so the people doing the hard work day in and day out can tell you what they think needs to change and what InterCall is doing right."
