What do you like about working at Interactive Data?

"The autonomy, responsibility, accountability and recognition of producing online products that drive revenue and preserve margins.I also like working directly with business representatives, like business development, sales, marketing and customer service, to ensure the optimal combination of pricing, features, functionality and content are defined to best ensure meeting commercial targets like revenue, unit sales or expense reduction.I also like working closely with engineering and QA to ensure business needs are understood, and feasible solutions within acceptable timelines budget constraints are proposed and roadmapped.Lastly, I enjoy the products' release into production, and reporting their metrics and status to senior management and stakeholders."

"Be honest in accessing your skills, strengths and experience. Don't omit significant accomplishments and how you circumvented obstacles."

What don't you like about working at Interactive Data?

"Many of the things one feels hinder progress can usually be turned into opportunities to produce ancillary benefits, such as turning long commutes into opportunities to expand one's education in areas that benefit the company, such as researching new technologies, competitors, consumer trends, or more practical applications like better understanding the company's strategies and infrastructure (ie, billing systems, marketing methodologies or customer support channels)."

"Continue to communicate the company's strategy, wins in the marketplace, and skills necessary to be successful in new markets.Keep using existing channels, such internal emails and intranet sites, and maintain an open forum for positive feedback and suggestions."
