"Only if you need a pay check then get out fast!!"

"The only good thing about this business is that it is in the middle of Old Town Pasadena. There are many place to eat great sports bars. Inter-Con will offer you free parking and give you your own parking space. Which is the only nice thing about working there. Because they will take attendance on you. You will get a slap on the hand if you are late or call in sick. Everyone no matter who you are, or what you job title maybe. If this kind of thing works for you then you should have fun."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Work at Inter-Con Security only if you really need a job. BUT never stop looking for a new job. This place is so unfriendly and sad to work at that most people will only stay about 9 to 18 months. Big turn over in their staff. And don't look for benefits they even make you pay for a cup of coffee. They are a small mom and pop place with junior running things. And he needs to grow a pair."

What don't you like about working at Inter-Con Security Systems?

"There are so many things not to like about this company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop being so cheep. Would it kill you to buy a cup of coffee. Or maybe even an Casual Friday. The tie thing is over."
