"No. Please avoid if you can. Join them only if you need the $s. If you are a billing techie then you may join them however please make sure you don't get caught up in false promises, and certainly read in between the lines."

What don't you like about working at Intellisys Technology?

"Driven primarily by the ideas of 2 partners instead of collective decision making. Small company issues-Delivery competency(or) incompetency. Poor responsiveness."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Please pay adequate attention to employees as well. Cannot afford to have a turnover of 15 sales people & have just 2 of you left. Atleast 3-4 employee suits filed agianst this company. Should be much more customer friendly as well. Sales is not about 2 it is about a team of people- Delivery,Sales,others."
