This company has the ability to take one person with basic knowledge on Software development and take it to the level of seniority from big companies from around the world. It is an incredible first job and as you gain more and more experience you find yourself being able to lead projects and the people from the team. Money wise the company has its flaws for those employees with experience, but locally their salaries are above average"
