"People were nice the promise made was not accurate"

"While it is a good company I was sold on the idea that they wanted the company to grow and expand. I passed up on three other solid job offers mainly because the management here took me out to dinner and actually treated me like they truly wanted me to be a part of the team.After a while and after the great and wonderful changes I made SR management decided that having a call center wasn't the true direction they wanted to go. Instead they wanted to create a POD system and have me become a Loan Officer. I thanked them for the opportunity they provided to me and they thanked me for building their CSR's up in such a way that they could minimize personnel and do without an entire department.While they wanted me to stay I would have had to become a Loan Officer and in today's market being a LO isn't in my best interests at this time."
