What don't you like about working at Intelex?

"This was a very misleading company. I was told I was hired for a permanent position. I relocated to take this position. The position turned out to be a temporary 5 month position. Once my 90 probationary period rolled around, I was given a glowing review, a raise and was told I was exceeding expectations. 2 months later I was let go. I was never provided with the health insurance that was promised to me upon hire. They seemed to have about 4-6 months of worked lined up in my area and when that slowed down they decided to let me go. If they had told me this was the case up front, I never would have relocated for this job."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be more up front with your employees.Treat your employees like you want to be treated.Do a better job calculating your resource needs. If you only have temporary work, be up front about it."
