"I have worked for IMT for the last year as the only support developer. There is no teamwork at my company. I have asked for constructive criticism and my boss cant think of any, yet when I ask for a raise after working for a year at the company, none is to be given. I pay for my own health care, and the overall work environment, although very relaxed, is so unorganized, that I no longer enjoy going to work. It's kind of like I just work for myself - but all the bad sides of working for yourself."
