"I would like to work on more creative projects but they do not seem attainable at the moment since I am a lower position."

"Do not take on clients who don't understand the vision."

"There was a real opportunity to innovate the industry of marketing and demo."

"The HR department is good at hiring people for demo positions. However, they are not educated in the needs of internal positions. So its more of a luck of the draw. As in with most companies (which is necessarily bad), its not your interview skills but more of who you know."

What don't you like about working at Integrated Marketing Services?

"A large majority of co-worker dissatisfaction. Which can be contagious."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Two things: 1) Make sure the client reps/sales don't over promise to the clients. The best answer can always be I don't know but I will find out. 2) The meetings were always planned to be fun, but often over the average persons attention span. In addition to including the right personnel for certain meetings."
