"team work; it doesn't matter at what costs. I was in the army and you always looked out for your buddy. everyone wins."

"It's a very fast, growing,and very respected business. It's good for sales."

"I was essentially my own boss and moved up as far as I felt possible fairly quickly. While at IDT I was able to grow in my profession and given opportunities for training."

"I felt there were people moved into my division who were friends/family of senior management who proved to be unqualified and in some cases incompetent."

"Hire management from outside the company for divisions and avoid even the appearance of nepotism."

"KNow the company iunside and out. Dont interupt, always come in buisness attire. Beprepared for linguistic tests."

"Pay was a little low, reviews took quite sometime. Could of provided better PC's"

"When you have an employee worth keeping like I was offer him a raise and u just may. I would return for minium of 25 per hour."
