"I love the patients. I've had the pleasure of meeting several significant members of my community just by them being patients at our practice."

"It would be a wonderful place for someone to work if they don't mind settling for a dead-end job. There are no opportunities for improvement or advancement in one's career."
What don't you like about working at Alkire Orthodontics?
"The CEO is not at all knowledgeable about running a business. The CEO is more concerned about shopping and spending money on himself than investing it in his company. The CEO creates such negative energy by not enforcing any rules or holding anyone accountable for their actions."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The CEO is more concerned about money and lining his own pockets then enriching the community, patient care, or employees. I would definitely donate more to the community, volunteer time at the community dental clinics, and treat the employees that work so hard for him to a bonus, raise, or anything that would show my appreciation to them."

"I would sit down and talk with each employee and talk about what is working and not working. There is a team work atmosphere but there is no communication."

"This was a one/two physician office that always had the possibility of closing due to funds."

"I liked everyone I worked with. We were crossed trained for almost every job due to the size of the office. We never knew what job duties we might have to perform. It was interesting."

"I have been here 2.5 years and know every position and train new employees, but there is no room for advancement. Without managerial experience, I cannot move to a management position."
