"Clique Culture. The original cast/stock holders in the company and the rest of us.... Not team oriented. They value outside consultants more than employees. Focused on short-term financial goals v.s. best long-term decisions for the company. Poor record retention on projects."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take some classes on team work!Learn from the Chinese on long-term business strategy.Centralize your project control function.Don't encourage back stabbing."
