What do you like about working at SBM Atlantia?

"Somewhat very challenging. I was given a chance to take on more challenges and responsibilities over my packages from specification to compliance, technical evaluation and procurement with not as much oversight. The compensation benefit was very good, and being giving the free rein to work creatively was very great for me."

What don't you like about working at SBM Atlantia?

"Not too much I did not like. Wish there was a little more oversight over my work before certain stages to mitigate against any delaying show stoppers. This was not a bad thing though."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management was near flawless; Just a need for more channels were other engineers could voice ways to further improve their already great work process."

"Not much I did not like. I just wanted to try out a different place where I would be allowed to explore another aspect of Instrumentation Engineering to be more well rounded."

"I didn't like the rift between Technicians and Engineers, nor did I appreciate the lack of respect I received in trying to get things done."

"Working on power projects."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you like the south and want to live there, Shaw is a great place. If you move to one of their outlining offices, expect mass RIF."

What don't you like about working at Stone & Webster?

"In project highs, they hire many, but then will do a mass RIF at project completion. Their management is not pooled from technical talent."
