"HR needs to quit hiring Green individuals to the Chemical Industry and expect them to flourish in this environment... most of which are fresh college grads maybe been out of school a couple of years...we have nearly 1:2 ratio of managers per worker.... too much overhead and over management in my opinion. We are very short-handed worker wise and the workforce is steadily growing older!"
