"Good but no accountability for work"
What do you like about working at Tallahassee Community College?
"The people are great here. But the students can be difficult sometimes."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"They interview with Committees. Be prepared to have 3-5 people asking questions"
What don't you like about working at Tallahassee Community College?
"No accountability. I'm the only one that holds myself accountable for my work. I don't feel other are held accountable for theirs."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"treat people fairly. If I'm working, everyone should be working as well"
What do you like about working at Academy of Art University?
"Flexibility of hours and ability to work remotely. Schedule being somewhat flexible to parents."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Great place for grads trying to get their foot in the door of the working world. In 2 years or so, you'll have enough under your belt to move on. No real reason to stick around longer than that."
What don't you like about working at Academy of Art University?
"Head of my department's management style leaves a lot to be desired. He has preferential treatment per workgroups. Doesn't take well to criticisms of systems and procedures in place until things have either gone completely out of control or he's shown examples from outside the organization."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would update the company's feelings toward remote users, allowing more flexibility in working from home."

"I was able to implement new programs and work with the teachers in their classrooms to ensure that they were integrating the programs correctly and effectively."

"Just be honest and focus on ideas that you might want to implement."

"The position was funded with money from being a F school and therefore was a one - year position only."

"Continue to follow Mr. Jone's lead and allow staff members to pursue new ideas."
