3.4I've worked at the IOA since August of 2018. It is an organization that provides support and educational services for the aging population. I think that the companies mission is fantastic but I do question the execution and management of this organization. I fell like they have great ideas and wonderful people supporting each program but there is a lot of disorganization. Overall, my experience within my own department has been good but even my department has seen the repercussions of mismanagement, which is unfortunate. The best part of working for the IOA is proving support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met.
4.3Scott Glynn is extremely hard working. He cares about people and the job that he does. He is extremely diligent in all aspects of his job. Scott would be a great asset to any company he is working for.
4.1I have worked with IOA for 5years. The Mission of the company is what makes the employees thrive. We serve the elderly population and help and support them in the comfort of their homes. Overall IOA is a great Company.
