"It was a good place straight out of college. As a small and fast growing company, they allowed me to learn a lot of different things."

"I can't be objective about this question, because I haven't been in touch with this company for 2 years."

What don't you like about working at InstaMed?

"Personal issues and preferences tend to overshadow expected business behavior of many people. Also, being reprimanded for coming to work at 9:15 (instead of 9:00) the day after being in the office until 1am (practically forced by my manager) is just out of line."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"1) Educate and enforce sexual harassment policy.2) Stop being boys club, look more on the business side, and less on the friend side."
