An attention to detail and the ability to work without direct supervision are also skills that are needed in this job.
Education: The majority of installer jobs will require a vocational training diploma or certificate that is specific to the profession. Some jobs may require an apprenticeship period where the employee will work under the supervision of a more senior installer.
