"The office environment is small and casual. The employees get along very well and express a genuine interest in providing assistance in all areas when available. Management allows for freedom for employees to use their personal style in getting the job done. All that is important is that the job is done correctly."

"Be yourself; be professional; have a focus; show initiative and you will do fine."
What don't you like about working at ERC Parts?
"My reason for leaving the company was to search for work that would keep me closer to home. My position with the company required constant travel throughout the United States. ERC is a great company to work for; everyone is treated like family. If there had been an opportunity to stay with the company in a local position, I would have taken it."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I cannot think of any suggestions for management or any areas that need improvement. All I can say about management at ERC is keep up the good work."
What do you like about working at United Data Technologies?
"I love the pay and the easy-going, laid-back environment that they offer."

"The office politics sucks but the pay is decent. If you can get the hours, it's a great company to work for"
What don't you like about working at United Data Technologies?
"There are people on the team with talents that are overlooked while there are other's on the team whose talents are overused yet many on the team are being paid the same amount."

"I would work on bring a little more cohesion into the individual teams."
