"I worked at IEL for almost 5 yrs. In 8/2019, they had their 1st layoff, with 2 more layoffs following within the next 11 months. This company is hanging on by a thread mostly due to the CEO bringing in his 'Racker' buddies & best friend from Rackspace, paying them unreasonable salaries & without the skillsets needed to turn things around. Sales has never been able to perform, but yet overly compensated with ridiculously generous commission plans. Engineering never was able to turn the product around to make it easier for customers to fully use. I would stay clear if I were with you."
