"I worked there for a year and a half. I was laid off without just cause. I’ve spoken with many other people who have worked there and they all say the same thing: it’s a poorly managed company with a D minus rating from the Better Business Bureau. They don’t handle their accounting very well at all, oftentimes not paying abstractors for doing appraisals. There is no job growth nor job security at Inspire closing. You couldn’t pay me enough to work there."
"I started working there the two years ago. After performing well. ,receiving no reprimands for anything, and without any warning whatsoever I was laid off. I was never very impressed with the environment working there. In the beginning, senior executives were dismissive of their employees, often times expecting employees to perform as well as people who have been there for many years. When I was laid off I had an opportunity to review customer reviews of the company. They have D minus rating with the Better Business Bureau and consistently get one star ratings from clients who use their services.I do not recommend working there nor using their services for any refinancing needs. I am currently having an attorney review my case as to whether not I was wrongfully laid off."
"Company asks if you like OT of course, but they fail to say you'll be working 6 days a week, 10hrs shifts all the time with it being OT is just your normal shifts..Mgmt is terrible. The run the place like a zoo & when I said I am quality driven as quantity would come they cut my hours & then terminated me before fixing the remote laptop I had which was causing production to be slower as well as their own connectivity issues. They treat employees as sweatshop numbers not people with lives as well."
